Did a workout on an ergometer that doesn&#8217;t have download capabilities? <a href="http://www.jwweb.com/cycling/ptfilegen.php">This web app</a> allows you to enter the number of discrete intervals you did and then subsequently enter as little or as much of the data you would like to all at once. It then takes the data and creates a PowerTap CSV file that you can import into WKO+. While not a perfect tool, I thought it might be useful for at least coming closer to replicating a lost or manual workout than using the WKO+ manual entry feature.
